Most of our furniture is in stock and ready for quick dispatch. However, for custom or made-to-order items, delivery may take between 4 to 12 weeks depending on the product and location.

We will provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe when you place your order and keep you updated throughout the process.

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact us and we’ll assist you

Yes! At Beds R Us & One Stop Pine Furniture, we specialize in custom-made timber furniture. You can choose the size, style, colour, and timber type to suit your needs.

To request a custom furniture quote:

We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:

 

  • You must provide proof of purchase(tax invoice or receipt).
  • Returns are accepted for items that are not of merchantable quality, do not match the description, or are defective.

 

Special orders and custom furniture are non-refundable.

Yes, you can update your delivery address up to 24 hours before dispatch. Contact us to confirm your new address and any changes to the delivery fee. If your items have already been dispatched, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Yes! We offer flexible lay-by options both in-store and online

 

  • In-store lay-by: Contact your nearest showroom for specific guidelines.
  • Online lay-by: Available for customers outside the Penrith, Warners Bay, and Maitland Lay-by terms range from 4 to 24 weekswith direct deposit payments.

To set up a lay-by, contact us via email and we’ll assist you with the process.

Our delivery partner will contact you to propose a delivery date and time frame. If you’re not available, you can reschedule the delivery.

 

If you miss the delivery, your item will be returned to the distribution center, and re-delivery fees may apply.
